Alexey expressed his gratitude to all boxing fans, saying that it was his countrymen's support and the sense of responsibility before the millions of fans watching his boxing matches that helped him win his toughest fights. The evening was rounded off by a banquet in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone felt a little sad, understanding that a great boxer, an Olympic champion was retiring from sports.
