Solemn dinners in family of the Olympic champion, as a rule, coincide with his arrival to Omsk. At this time the table is especially hospitable in the family of the sportsman: the master (the boxer himself) undertakes a knife in the kitchen. « Telesem » went to Tishenko on a visit for recipes of one of his favorite dishes.

The real holiday for me is when I come back home, - Alexey tells. - I cook not very often and only when I’m in mood, but I like to indulge my native with any dish sometimes. Members of household like especially «The Hen under white sauce », that Nelly had learned me to cook. By the way, she invented the new name to this dish - "Hen" A - la the champion».

We need:
-
2 kg of the hen
- 1 kg of a potato
- 2 bulbs
- 350 g of tinned mushrooms
- 350 g of cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- Vegetable oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, seasoning for the hen

Alexey Tischenko 1. We clear a potato, we cut it with thin segments. We steep it in water to make more tasty and friable, - so starch will leave vegetables more quickly. We cut, preliminary defrozen hen, on joints on some parts and rub carefully with spices.

2. While the oven is warmed up, we cut an onion half rings, and rub cheese on an average grater. We planted with 3 quarters of a glass of mayonnaise it is 1 quarter of water, for sauce, and add spices and salt to taste.

3. We poured vegetable oil a little in a metal bowl for a batch. We spread on a bottom of the form layers the cut potato, an onions, the hen and, at last, the tinned mushrooms. We fill in our dish with white sauce and it is strewn by the polished cheese.

4. We put the form in an oven on 200 degrees at 1 o'clock. For this time we shall have time to prepare for an easy garnish from fresh vegetables: we cut tomatoes, cucumbers and we fill all this with sour cream.
