Rating of young politician: the third assay

People and media are inexorable . They lifted up ones yesterday, and another today. And politi с s all over the world are try so hard to please people and media through all the story. In spite of regional ballot an March and many scandals with participation of SPS, chairman of federal council of this party Nikita Belikh, lost the place of leader, and now is third. Young stars of young policy Nastya Karimova and Ira Vorobieva didn’t get in the Rating at all, in spate of great scandal, and release Vorobievoj form “Russian service of news”. At lower stages fall popular and charming Masha Gajdar.

Vasilij Yakimenko, leader of “Ours” and Maksim Kononenko, member of high council of “Civil power” reached venerable age and left the Rating.

The brightest distinction this Rating from the past is plenty of stars and deputy from local Legislative Assembly of “United Russia” party. When our experts drew attention to this categories of young politics, media said it’s important word – the rating of yesterday’s freshmen, who get into local parliament through “Polotzavod” program, not less than rating of figure skaters, football players and skiers. So now there are much more several cities than half year ago.

Age tendencies are very interesting too: old group (33-35 years old) is living the Rating, and lower border of participants grown from 17 th to 21 st years old. Splash of young policy in Russian, witch arose after “orange revolution” in Ukraine , has fallen down. And new policy need more gravity.

The next, autumnal Rating will be based on discussion about “Law about Youth” project, autumnal ballot in regions, and of course on election campaigns. So we can be sure that “ honest rating” will be most severe .

In final calculation there were some coefficients: “age” (till 20 years – 1,2; 20-25 – 1; 26-30 – 0,9; elder than 30 – 0,8) “star” (mentioning in press has index 0,75, because stars are get into press more frequent not because of there political affair, but such mentioning rise their fame and authority), “regional” (in favour of region not in favour of Moskow) .
