And nevertheless boxer Alexey Tishchenko got the title «Sportsman of the year». He got 56 points (the system of calculation was the ordinariest: the first place - three points, the second - two, the third position - one point). Swimmer Roman Sludnov got the second line in our rating (17 points). Art Gymnast Evgeniya Kanaeva and Tatyana Shushakova, who achieved considerable successes in sambo-wrestling and judo in this year, divided the third place . They got 12 points each.
Virtual dispute between trainers was much more hoter. Leonid Kiselyov with overweight in two points (43 against 41) passed Valery Belousov, the trainer of "Avangard". Vera Shtelbaums got the third place.
