If "stars" appear...

"Stars", appearing in party’s lists during ballots, technologists name identifiers. « BK - rating » offers it’s own version of the list of Omsk identifiers.

Only 2 % people of Omsk are ready to listen to opinion of sports or variety stars or known public figures, accepting any important decision for themselves. Nevertheless the modern political practice confirms, that inclusion "stars" in ballot lists and so-called leaders of opinions is a course not less widespread, than occurrence of "steam locomotives" in the head of these lists, in which there are the head of regions or political parties. Under forecasts of experts, we coudn’t avoid occurrence of so-called identifiers in our region either.

Experts of « BK - rating » agency made the list of 25 potential candidates for political stars into which known Omsk sportsmen, actors and musicians (including those who comes from Omsk, but does not live any more in our city), and also authoritative Omsk people, having the attitude to power structures now or before had been entered. Participants of interrogation estimated a degree of popularity and consequence of each person from the list on a five-point scale.

The most effective collaboration can be with our young sportsmen - Irina Chashina and Alexey Tischenko, every third Omsk people trusts them, sympathizing to a party.
